The Sacrament Of the Anointing Of the Sick

"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ I will all the more gladly boast of my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." 2 Corinthians 12:7–9

The Anointing of the Sick is given to the faithful who, having reached the use of reason, begins to be in danger due to sickness or old age." When new illness develops or first illness relapses or worsens, the patient may receive the sacrament a further time. Anointing of the Sick may also be given numerous times in the case of old age or chronic illness based on the pastoral judgment of the priest. Please contact the parish office.

The anointing of the sick is celebrated within the 12:10PM mass on the first Friday of the Month and after the Sunday masses on the last weekend of the month.
